removing partial modals if creation failed

Hi there, and thanks for jqGrid - a superb piece of software.

I notice that in grid.inlinedit.js, if the creation of a modal dialog goes awry, it can be left hanging around, when the substitute alert box is triggered. It's in lines 119-123, in v3.4.3. Can I suggest adding an extra line into the except section, as follows:

try {
info_dialog($.jgrid.errors.errcap,cv[1],$.jgrid.edit.bClose, $t.p.imgpath);
} catch (e) {
$("#info_dialog").remove().empty(); // <--New line added here
alert(cv[1]);
}
