This bug occurs when previously edited row is moved to a different row position after reload.
here are the steps to reproduce the bug:
1. edit cell#1 in row#2
2. reload the grid while cell editing is active
3. after the reload, row is now moved to row#4
4. edit a cell, say row#3
5. notice that the cell#1 of row#2 content is now equal to cell#1 of row#4
my solution was to clear the saved row inside reloadGrid method in grid.base.js
original code:
if(!ts.p.treeGrid) {ts.p.selrow=null;} if(ts.p.multiselect) {ts.p.selarrrow =[];$('#cb_jqg',ts.grid.hDiv).attr("checked",false);} populate();
});
modified code:
}).bind('reloadGrid', function(e) {
if(!ts.p.treeGrid) {ts.p.selrow=null;}
if(ts.p.multiselect) {ts.p.selarrrow =[];$('#cb_jqg',ts.grid.hDiv).attr("checked",false);}
if(ts.p.cellEdit) {ts.p.savedRow = []; }
populate();
});
cheers!
