edit: the title of the topic should be " on edit/add form"
Hello
I came across a display issue with the add/edit form when there is not enough space (on smartphones)
The reason is an extra at the begining of each td.DataTD in th form, it is added line 7507 and never removed (the one of td.CaptionTD is removed though)
I solved it by replacing line 7568
$("td:eq("+(cp-1)+")",trdata[0]).append(frmopt.elmprefix).append(elc).append(frmopt.elmsuffix);
by
$("td:eq("+(cp-1)+")",trdata[0]).html(elc).prepend(frmopt.elmprefix).append(frmopt.elmsuffix);

temporary workaround : use this callback for add and edit settings
afterShowForm : function (form) {
form.find('td.DataTD').each(function() {
$(this).html($(this).html().replace(/ /g, ''));
});
}
edit: actually no, it generates error "cannot call method val of undefined" on edit form, don't understand why
edit2: CSS solution,
form.find('td.DataTD').css('white-space','nowrap');
