Hi,
I have a situation where I want to use the multi-select option. Our row identifier contains a complex value that has data delimited by ~. Since the row's ID is being set to this value it is causing issues with jQuery's selector. If I escape it in your code it works fine.
Here is an example:
Line 234 of grid.base.js
$(
"#jqg_" + $t.p.selrow.replace(".", "\\\\."), $t.rows).attr("checked"
, stat);
Gets changed to:
$(
"#jqg_" + $t.p.selrow.replace(".", "\\\\.").replace(/~/g, "\\\\~"), $t.rows).attr("checked"
, stat);
And everything works perfectly. Since there are multiple places this change would have to be made, it would probably make sense to move the escaping to a separate function. If this is something that could be included that would be excellent!

Hello,
Yes, maybe this is the best solution.
Thanks
Best Regards
