I have to rephrase my bug report "msie 8 jqgrid 3.5 beta 4 getGridParam(”colModel”).length" is not correct.

the bug is that

onCellSelect: function(rowid,iCol,aData) { ...

brings back a incorrect value for iCol in msie8.

Sorry for the misleading report.
