localReader parameter will be overwritten for TreeGrid

Hello Tony,

There are small bug in case of TreeGrid. The line

if(ts.p.datatype != "local") { ts.p.localReader = {id: "_id_"}; }

can be fixed to

if(ts.p.datatype != "local") {
ts.p.localReader = ts.p.localReader || {};
ts.p.localReader.id = "_id_";
}

In the case one will be able to define other properties as id.

To tell the trust I don't really undersand why one should overwrite the localReader.id to "_id_" at all (in any combination of jqGrid). I can imagine that one can just test wether the localReader.id is undefined and only if it is undefined one can set it to "id" or "_id_" depend on the other jqGrid options. Currently one can't specify localReader.id at all. It's not convenient in some scenarios.
