jqGrid 3.5 ALFA 2 (with demos) (IE completely doesnt work, theme missing, the page next , page last icon increase on hover, llot of bugs.)

Hello,
About the 3.5 alfa this is true (for IE browsers) and it is connected with the theme switcher and the way it works. If all themes are on your local machine this will not happen.
About 3.4.3 demos - what is actually the error? Please be a more specific.
