In IE7+ browsers when we try to resize grid or change the height using script and then on hiding jqgrid table one of the internal div elements with gbox ID is not geting hide or its height is not zero due to which it appears on page
This can be viesd also in resize example under jqgrid version 3.6 by trying resize it and then click hide grid button to hide it
Also more important is if there is any element just below table of jqgrid it gets behind the table instead of comming below the table
