Hello.

After upgrade to jqgrid 4.0 I found that footer columns width do not match grid columns width.

At first it looks ok, but after I added column with columns chooser footer start to be misaligned.

See picture:

After upgrade:

Is it a bug, or I just mess up something?

Best regards

Piotr

Hello,

I prepared quick&dirty example:

http://bobik.dyndns.org:9999/stx2/

First issue:

Remove Field2 column with column chooser - summary cell for Field2 will remain, so summary row is misaligned.

(IE8, Chrome, FF4)

Second issue:

Try to play with sortable columns - each time when you start to drag column, one (right) cell in filterToolbar will hide.

(only Chrome affected)

Best regards

piotr

Hello,

Thank you very much for the links provided. This way we can work quicker and effective.

I have fixed the first bug:

https://github.com/tonytomov/jqGrid/commit/b2b1dd81c15cc577ffaf3f3027870d5828764c54

The second seems to be a bug in jQuery UI sortable in Chrome.

Kind Regards

Tony

Hello,

Thank you for quick fix 🙂

I tried to upgrade jquery-ui to latest 1.8.13, but no luck.

This nasty bug stop me from using sortable columns.

Is there hope for workaround for disappearing filterToolbar in Chrome?

Best regards

piotr
