Integrated Search Toolbar doesn't search after date picker

Hi,

When you click on the Date in the example Integrated Search Toolbar, UI DatePicker pops up, you select the date, but nothing happens and the input box loses focus. You have to click in the input box again and hit "Enter" before anything happens. Which is a bit counter-productive.

This has the same behavior in row editing, when you "Tab" to the date, the date picker pops up but when you select the date it loses focus and does not go to the next editable cell or allow you to press tab again to go there, you have to physically then click again.

Is this a bug? Has it been reported before? And how would I go about fixing this behavior so I can tab-edit or search within the toolbar with a date picker behavior?

Great Grid btw!

Thank you for taking the time to respond. However, I'm sure there must be a way to fix this. Because when you lose focus on the textbox it impairs the rest of the workings of the grid, meaning the user loses the "ease of use" and functionality presented to them by having to click into the text box again to tab to the next one or to press enter to filter on the date.

And I'm sure you can appreciate that not all users would know that they have to do that and in the end would blame a "faulty" system for not working the way it was suppose to even though neither you or I controlled the behavior.
