The following changeset caused an incompatible change:
http://github.com/tonytomov/jq.....9967ff1898
in particular the line
lc.call(ts,req)
"req" used to be a xhr since it was coming from
complete(XMLHttpRequest, textStatus)
but now it is a Document since it is coming from
success(data, textStatus, XMLHttpRequest)
As a matter of fact the signature used for success is wrong

Note also that the xhr param to success() is there only on for jquery 1.4 so using it would still break for jquery 1.3 users (not sure if that is still supported)

Yes it is true the trhid paramin success is only passes when a jQuery 1.4x is used.
