Hello tony,
I use version 3.5 for grid. the bug fires only on IE and not with firefox
If i define my grid into a div which is defined with overflow:auto, the grid go out the div.
<div style="height:500px;overflow:auto;">
<div id="div_jqGrid" align="center" style="width:98%">
<table id="grid_jqGrid" align="left"></table>
<div id="pgrid_jqGrid"></div>
</div><br>
</div>
It's very important fix the height and overflow of the parent div.
Do you have an idea.

It is not a bug in jqGrid, but in IE. Nothing to fix.
Try:
<div style=”height:500px;overflow:auto;position:relative”>
<div id=”div_jqGrid” align=”center” style=”width:98%”>
<table id=”grid_jqGrid” align=”left”></table>
<div id=”pgrid_jqGrid”></div>
</div><br>
</div>
