This should be easy to repro as you can just go to demos page, New since beta 3.0, Resizeable columns.
Widen a column in the demo so that a horizontal scrollbar appears.
Now slowly scroll right. When the final scroll pos or two is hit, you will see the rightmost header go out of alignment with its column beneath it.

Interesting, in the Advanced - Resizing demo the problem does not occur. It isn't obvious what is different between those examples that would explain why the problem occurs.

This is a known bug in 3.4.x releases. This is fixed in the 3.5.
