h.p.colModel[l] is undefined

When jqGrid is set to shrinkToFit: true, using setGridWidth would sometimes(not always) result in h.p.colModel[l] is undefined. This is on a multi-jqgrid environment(multiple instances of jqgrid on a page). I'm not sure if that is also the case in single instances.

To get around this, a simple instantiation seems to have done the fix.

on line 2889-src, change:

initwidth = 0, brd=$.browser.webkit||$.browser.safari? 0: $t.p.cellLayout, lvc, vc=0, hs=false, scw=$t.p.scrollOffset, aw, gw=0,

to:

initwidth = 0, brd=$.browser.webkit||$.browser.safari? 0: $t.p.cellLayout, lvc=0, vc=0, hs=false, scw=$t.p.scrollOffset, aw, gw=0,

or on line 146-min, change:

I don't think it will cause any issues since it's not getting caught as undefined, or used as false, anywhere else anyway.
