jQuery Grid Plugin - jqGrid

I have solution to this.  jqGrid has 2 headers to consider, when use Frozen Columns feature.  Problem is, overlay Div is not kept in synch with true table header column with respect to sort icon.  Is minor issue to synch them with small jQuery patch:
