Sorry to say this again and again.

Please if you want to have response and help you will need to make a simple example and test case.

Otherwiese such kind of expressions - "this is not working" does not have sense.

I have as data  

var data = [[48803, "DSK1", "2013-03-31", "02200220", "OPEN"], [48769, "APPR", "2013-03-31","337", "ENTERED"]];

and jqgrid show  30/03/2013
