Firstly, thanks to Tony and all who contributed to the latest 3.3 release -- it's really quite excellent work!
I have some minor issues with the filterGrid function, however:
-- the width of the INPUT elements does not match the width of their associated columns, and do not update after a change in column width
-- the INPUT elements do not honor the current display status of each column, ie, the toolbar contains an INPUT element for each column in the grid, even if it's hidden
I can probably work around these issues with a combination of CSS and scripting to manually manage the hidden columns, but an integrated solution would be better.
Would it be possible/feasible to allow for the toolbar to appear beneath the column headers, and/or to display the filterGrid elements as row zero of the grid? This would solve the width/display issues, but may be problematic for applications that assume all rows in the grid are data.

Hello,
This is not the main purpose of filterGrid. In the examples I show only
some of the features - i.e. you can put it where you want . This is initial work and I'm sure this will be better and better.
Actually this is not a bug, but feature.
Regards
Tony
