jQuery Grid Plugin - jqGrid

hello,

 I am having problem with focusing into the cell after editing...

the scenario is after inserting the date and the ui datepicker closed.. I cant set the focus back to the date field (after selecting with the mouse) or the next field.. so I have to select manually with mouse.. can somebody show the code..

i did try this one from previous post but its not working, in other word: I dunno how to use them

function editRow(rowId, rowIndex, columnIndex) {
  var grid = $('#mygrid');
  grid.editRow(rowId, true, function() {
    var colModel = grid.getGridParam('colMode');
    var colName = colModel[colIndex].name;
    var input = $('#' + rowId + '_' + colName);
    input.get(0).focus();
  });
}

next, how can i move through the datepicker with keypad/keyboard... scroll through the datepicker! after selecting the datepicker with keyboard.. rather than using the mouse.

FYI: I'm using the inline editing...
