Date formatter error when user have daylight saving time

Hi all!
I created one question on StackOverflow: http://stackoverflow.com/quest.....ate-solved
As you can see, the date returned when you have daylight saving time is incorrect (tested with brazilian portuguese) and to solve this issue I changed
timestamp.getDate()
for
timestamp.getUTCDate()
