Column sort broken if not using index

Fantastic plugin Tony, thanks for all your hard work.

I noticed that a recent update has caused column sorting to break in the case where an index is not defined in the column model:

+ if( !(nm == 'cb' || nm=='subgrid' || nm=='rn') ) {

+ if(ts.p.viewsortcols[2] == false)

+ $(".ui-grid-ico-sort",this).click(function(){sortData(ht.id,j,true,$(this).attr("sort"));return false;});

+ else

+ $("div",this).addClass('ui-jqgrid-sortable').click(function(){sortData(ht.id,j);return false;});

+ }

ht.id is not defined because ht is the header cell and not the div contained within it
