checkbox cannot be set to blank when checked

I think I have found bug in the checkbox edit control.

Basically, once a checkbox has been set, unchecking does not fire cellurl (and corresponding afterSaveCell function) and thus cannot be set to blank/unchecked in the corresponding field.

Here is a simple demo highlighting the bug
