bug in setTreeNode if node has "expanded:true", but no "loaded" property

Hello Tony,

The bugfix which was originally described here solve not full the problem. The line of current code

ldat[expanded] = ((ldat[expanded] == "true" || ldat[expanded] === true) ? true : false) &&
ldat[loaded];

changes the original true value of ldat[expanded] to undefined. So the tree node will get the correct icon, but it will be not expanded as expected.

I suggest to fix the problem in the following simple way: change the aove line to the following:

ldat[expanded] = ((ldat[expanded] == "true" || ldat[expanded] === true) ? true : false) &&
(ldat[loaded] || ldat[loaded] === undefined);
