Hi Folks,
first thanks for this cool plugin.
In the current release, there is a bug when adding a new row via form. This works just once. After closing the AddRow-Form, the window won't pop-up again, unless you reload the site.

I also had this same problem. With this message in firefox using console error
Error: fld[0] is undefined

I used jquery.jqGrid.src.js version 4.0.0
Only changed the line 6584:
if(fld && fld[0] !== null) {
to this:
if(fld && fld[0] != null && fld[0] !== null) {
